It’s important for you to contact your travel agent or our Customer Contact Centre to ensure your questionnaire has been processed. If your requirements have changed since you filled in the questionnaire and, in the unlikely event of an emergency you would require assistance you didn’t tell us about previously, please complete a new On-board needs questionnaire above.

I completed and returned the on-board needs questionnaire before it became available on My P&O Cruises. What does this mean for me?

Please fill in and submit the questionnaire again as soon as possible. This will supersede the information you’ve already submitted.

I completed the On-board needs questionnaire on My P&O Cruises but my requirements have changed. What should I do?

If you didn’t make us aware of this when booking your holiday, please contact your travel agent or our Customer Contact Centre urgently to confirm your requirements and complete the On-board needs questionnaire. Extra provisions or assistance will then be added to your booking, subject to availability. This still applies if a carer or companion will be supporting you during your time on board.

In the event of an emergency, I would need evacuation assistance. How can I notify you of this?

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Embarkation and disembarkation assistance for guests with disabilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Embarkation and disembarkation assistance in Southampton can be requested on the on-board needs questionnaire.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Embarkation assistance is available from inside the cruise terminal building. On arrival, there will be a mobility assistance team (wearing high-visibility jackets) who will escort you through embarkation, using either your own mobility aid or a ship&#39;s wheelchair. You should only take essential items with you as hand luggage, and you will need to manage this yourself or with the help of your travel companion for embarkation and disembarkation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;On-board assistance in an emergency&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Please note: if you have booked on-board emergency assistance, this does not include help with embarkation or disembarkation. If you didn’t choose an accessible cabin when you booked your holiday and you are bringing a mobility scooter on board, please call our customer contact centre on 0344 338 8003 or your travel agent to check availability. To ensure accessibility on board, your mobility scooter or electric wheelchair must be no longer than 120cm. When the wheelchair or mobility scooter is not in use, it must be stored within your cabin. We can only accept gel, dry cell, sealed lead acid or lithium-ion battery-operated mobility devices. You or those you’re travelling with must be able to carry the device into your cabin as the crew cannot assist with this task.
