Live chat is available during the following hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 8pm Saturday: 8.30am – 6pm Sunday: 10am – 5pm On Bank Holidays, we will be open 10am – 5pm.

No, advisors cannot accept any form of payment over the live chat.

Can I send attachments over live chat?

You will not be able to send attachments over the live chat. If you need to send us any documents, please send us an email.

How it works

Step one

Click the blue 'Live Chat' button in the bottom right of this page. You'll also find the button on our Contact us and Essential information pages.

Step two

Enter your name and email address and click the 'Start chat' button.

Step three

Type your question or query and click the send icon. One of our friendly advisors will be with you as soon as they can. If there's a queue, we'll keep you updated with your progress.

Step four

When you've finished, simply end the chat conversation. Want a copy of the chat? No problem! Just select the 'Send transcript' button and enter and confirm your email address.

Our live chat is available on the Contact Us and Essential Information pages. Therefore, if you navigate away from the page the chat will disappear. To continue your chat, navigate back to Contact Us/Essential Information page, however, if you leave it too long your chat may time out.

If you'd like a copy of the transcript sent to your email address, select 'send transcript' and enter your email. Please note, once you have closed the chat you will no longer be able to request a copy of your transcript.
