For our Excel ships (Britannia, Iona, and Arvia) each individual booking would need to be booked via <a href="https://my.pocruises.com/mycruise/login">MyCruise</a>. We do not reserve seats so you will need to turn up together.
For the rest of the fleet, we do not book the theatre. So, this is on a first come first serve basis.

How can we link bookings as a group? 

All guests booked under the same booking will be allocated the same flights; however we may not be able to allocate the same <a href="https://www.pocruises.com/fly-cruises">flights</a> to groups who have booked multiple cabins.

Your time on board

We offer larger cabins and Suites, with adjustable set ups on bunks and sofa beds to accommodate a huge range of group sizes, ages and needs. Our comfortable cabins have everything you need to making your group travel a home away from home. There’s also a room service menu and plenty of TV channel choices for times you might miss a little of your own company.

We will link your group bookings wherever possible, any time you wish to be seated all together for meals or drinks in your chosen venues. You’re also able of course to escape as a couple to a romantic, low-lit dinner or take your pick of lively, family spaces for some great music, magic and entertainment. You’ll find a venue and a menu for every mood.

All of our ships have included activities and entertainment all day, every day so it’s easy to join in some fun and games as a group, if you feel like it. Take up a new hobby at a hosted event, try a dance class or go along to an expert talk to spark some dinnertime discussion. Or simply sit and soak up the sunshine or enjoy the company in a cosy spot on board.

Does Ventura have Freedom dining?

Depending on the cabin type and location, balconies on board Ventura vary from 4 to 26 square metres. If you’re keen to know out about the size of the balcony for a specific cabin, feel free to call us on 0344 338 8003.&nbsp;

How big are the balconies on Ventura cruise ship?

During the day, you can dress in whatever you like. However, on all our ships, we have two dress codes that apply in the evenings: Evening Casual and Black Tie. Nights where the dress code is Evening Casual, you can bring out your best shirt, dress and smart, dark denim. For nights where the dress code is Black Tie, make sure to pack your best tux, suit or cocktail dress.

There are some venues on each ship where dress codes don’t apply, so make sure to check your Horizon paper that’s delivered to your cabin each day to check where these are, as they vary ship by ship. For those travelling on family-friendly ships, dress codes also don’t apply to children aged 12 and under.&nbsp;
