Here’s an example based on booking a 14 night holiday with us in August 2024 that departs in January 2026, secured using our current 10% deposit. This results in 14 equal monthly payments as your holiday must be paid by your bvalance due date. Can I pay different amounts each month?

You can opt in anytime up to five months before your holiday begins (approximately two months before balance due).

Can this be set up at any time prior to balance due date?

The amount is calculated by taking the total fare and dividing the number of months prior to final balance due date to define the payment schedule. The payments are shown in the booking confirmation at the time of booking and the following communication during your plan.

How is the amount taken each month calculated?

If I wish to change my date of payment, how can I do this?

If a payment doesn’t go through, you will receive an email notification and the monthly payments will be recalculated based on the number of months remaining prior to balance due.

What if I miss a payment?

Once a pay monthly plan is selected, you will only be able to select a card that does not expire prior to balance due. If a card is lost, you must contact us to register a new card to the plan and this can be processed via the Customer Contact Centre.

What if my card is lost/expires?

At the time of booking direct with us (online or via the contact centre), you can choose to enrol in the pay monthly plan or you can choose to enrol at your convenience at a later date prior to balance due. At the moment, you can only enrol for pay monthly online at the time of booking. If you booked online, and later choose to enrol at your convenience, you would need to call the contact centre to action this.

When/how can I set this up?

You will receive a notification in advance of payment via email and will also receive a deposit confirmation once payment has been processed.

Will I automatically receive a new confirmation once a payment has been made?

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the P&amp;O Cruises Pay Monthly Payment Plan (“Pay Monthly”). By agreeing to use Pay Monthly, the guest agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to the P&amp;O Cruises Booking Conditions (“Booking Conditions”) which can be accessed on www.pocruises.com. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Booking Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

To be eligible for Pay Monthly, the guest must register a valid debit or credit card with his/her P&amp;O Cruises booking. The guest or P&amp;O Cruises may cancel Pay Monthly at any time prior to the normal balance due date, in which case all monies paid will be retained by P&amp;O Cruises and applied to the booking. If the booking is cancelled by the guest, all monies minus the deposit will be returned. If the booking is cancelled after the balance due date, by which point Pay Monthly as applicable to that booking should already have completed, cancellation charges will be payable as set out in the Booking Conditions.

The guest must make the usual initial deposit payment against their booking. Equal monthly payments will be calculated and these will be charged to the debit or credit card registered to the lead booking guest until the balance due date. If the full remaining balance is not evenly divisible then the guest’s final payment amount may vary slightly.

The monthly payments will automatically be recalculated if adjustments are made to the booking (e.g. adding or removing packages or transfers). No interest or finance charges apply to Pay Monthly.

The guest hereby authorises P&amp;O Cruises to charge each payment to the debit or credit card associated with the guest’s booking. If the card on file is declined future monthly payments will be recalculated to include the declined payment. The guest agrees to provide P&amp;O Cruises with a valid debit or credit card, and P&amp;O Cruises reserves the right to cancel Pay Monthly and retain monies paid until they are applied to the booking at the balance due date, if a suitable replacement card is not provided.

Guests may choose to make additional payments towards the full remaining balance, or prepay all of the remaining balance at any time without penalty by calling us on 03453 555 111 (local call charges apply) [AVDB1] during opening hours: Mon-Fri: 8am to 8pm; Saturday: 9am to 5pm; Sunday: 10am to 4pm.

Why pay monthly?

At the time of booking direct with us (online or via the contact centre) Not only will you receive booking confirmation after first signing up, but you’ll also be notified via email of when your payments are due, as well as receiving monthly statements showing any future payments you’ll need to make.

If you’re not happy with the date the monthly payment is set to be taken, then it’s easy to change – simply click ‘show breakdown’ next to your booking, and go from there. Please see the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.pocruises.com/balance">Balance payment</a>&nbsp;page to view this.

Monthly payments saves you the stress of having to pay off the holiday in one go. So, you can relax knowing it's covered while you pack your bags for the next adventure.

After paying a deposit, you’ll be given the option of paying for the balance of your holiday in evenly divided monthly instalments.

The payments will be spread between the time of booking and the full balance due date, meaning you’ll have months (and months!) to pay for your holiday gradually.

Does Azura have Freedom dining?

Depending on the cabin type and location, balconies on Azura vary in size from 4 to 26 square metres. To find out about the size of the balcony for a specific cabin, feel free to call us on 0344 338 8003.

How big are the balconies on Azura?

During the day, you can dress in whatever you like. However, on all our ships, we have two dress codes that apply in the evenings: Evening Casual and Black Tie. Nights where the dress code is Evening Casual, you can bring out your best shirt, dress and smart, dark denim. For nights where the dress code is Black Tie, make sure to pack your best tux, suit or cocktail dress.

There are some venues on each ship where dress codes don’t apply, so make sure to check your Horizon paper that’s delivered to your cabin each day to check where these are, as they vary ship by ship. For those travelling on family-friendly ships, dress codes also don’t apply to children aged 12 and under.
