<p>Season one of our partnership with the BAFTA Television Awards brought excitement, glamour and plenty of unforgettable moments. So naturally, we’ve been on the edge of our seats awaiting season two. The sparkling ceremony will take place on Sunday 12 May 2024 at London’s Royal Festival Hall and will be broadcast on BBC One and streamed on iPlayer. On this special night, we’ll celebrate the best shows of 2023, the brightest stars of the screen and the talented people behind the scenes who make it all happen.</p>

<p>And once again, we’ll crown the winner of the P&amp;O Cruises Memorable Moment Award – the only award to be decided by the viewing public, and that's where you come in! You can vote for your favourite Memorable Moment from 14 March, more details on how to do so to follow.</p>

<p>The 2023 ceremony, which took place last May at Royal Festival Hall, was one for the books. The red carpet was a star-studded celebration, and we got to be amongst the action as presenter Sara Cox captured all the excitement for us, speaking to the stars, nominees and winners in exclusive interviews.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>We also invited 200<b> </b>lucky P&amp;O Cruises guests, who won tickets to the show by voting for the P&amp;O Cruises Memorable Moment Award. And just like the stars, they got to walk the red carpet and experience the BAFTA buzz first-hand.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The ceremony, hosted by Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan, was brilliant from start to finish. The first-ever P&amp;O Cruises Memorable Moment Award was given to the very deserving Paddington Meets The Queen, a heartwarming sketch made for the Platinum Jubilee celebrations in 2022.</p>

<p>The 2024 awards promise even more magical moments. Once again, one worthy winner will take home the P&amp;O Cruises Memorable Moment Award, which honours the impact of television in the UK which has the power to entertain, inform and bring the nation together. BAFTA carefully appoints an independent jury of industry experts to shortlist six TV moments from the best shows of 2023. Then, the public votes for their favourite of the six moments shortlisted and the winner is announced during the BAFTA Television Awards with P&amp;O Cruises.</p>

<p>The trophy for the award is one of a kind – the famous BAFTA mask has been made in our signature shade of blue.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>This year’s ceremony is set to dazzle once again – and you could be walking the red carpet. Cast your vote for the P&amp;O Cruises Memorable Moment Award and you could win one of 100 pairs of tickets to the BAFTA Television Awards with P&amp;O Cruises at the Royal Festival Hall in London on 12 May 2024. Upholding its celebration of all things British, P&O Cruises selected sparkling wine from the Wiston Estate Winery in Sussex. A nebuchadnezzar of the Brut NV was used for the bottle smash moment itself while thousands of bottles of Brut NV and Ros, Vintage 2011 will be enjoyed during the various inaugural events that are scheduled to take place around the launch.Ê

The ceremony was compredÊby actor, comedian and TV presenter Rob Brydon who features in P&O Cruises latest advertising campaign and included the Royal Marines Band Service, the Band of the Irish Guards and English soprano Laura Wright, as well as a Strictly Come Dancing cameo show.
