Bonded baggage: all you need to know

If you’re heading to the Caribbean with us on a fly-cruise in 2024/2025, you can take advantage of our bonded baggage service on TUI Airways, Norse Atlantic Airways and Virgin Atlantic charter flights.
1. How does it work?
Simply drop all your luggage off at the UK departure airport and we’ll take care of the rest. The next time you’ll see your suitcases will be on board in the balmy Caribbean. Your bags will be delivered to your cabin door once you have been whisked from the airport to your ship (no need to go through immigration). Just remember to pack any essentials for your flight such as earphones, a good book, and any medication, plus a fresh set of clothes in case you arrive before your bags and want to head straight for the bar in your tropical holiday garb.
2. How much does the bonded baggage service cost?
Nothing! All charter guests receive the bonded baggage service – it’s included in the price of your Caribbean fly-cruise.
3. How many bags can I bring?
On a Caribbean fly-cruise, a generous luggage allowance is included in the price. You can bring one bag per person that weighs up to 23kg for economy flights, 28kg for premium economy, and two 23kg bags in Virgin Atlantic Upper Class. You can also bring 10kg of hand baggage and a small carry-on bag. Before you check in at the airport, make sure all your bags have the P&O Cruises luggage label attached – these can be found in My P&O Cruises.
4. What happens at the end of my holiday?
We will collect your bags from outside your cabin the night before you fly home – details will be communicated on board. You’ll find them waiting for you at the UK airport when you land.
