I’m so thrilled to be hosting a series of Wellbeing workshops for P&amp;O Cruises next year. I can’t wait to help people return home from their holiday feeling absolutely amazing after a chance to focus not just on their tan but also on their wellbeing, body, mind and soul!
&nbsp;
I'll be hosting the classes armed with everything I've learnt over the past 10 years while working in the wellness world. My sessions will cover the latest in skincare, exercise, sleep and mental wellbeing (essentially everything to do with feeling amazing!). I'm also excited to be joined by some of the country's leading experts who will share their passion and knowledge in their specialist subjects – all with the goal of making your holiday even more refreshing and rejuvenating.

The&nbsp;workshops will be for both seasoned wellness enthusiasts and those new to the&nbsp;art of feeling great. The sessions will be interactive and, most importantly, a total hoot! You’ll be trying face masks, learning about the&nbsp;latest in nutrition and supplements, trying the most effective aromatherapy&nbsp;oil combos, uncovering the secrets of the holy skincare trilogy, testing the latest mobility and toning exercises, finding out about bio hacking&nbsp;and so much more. The workshops will be absolutely packed with take-home tips and tricks.
&nbsp;
You’ve also got the chance to learn brilliant techniques from a makeup specialist&nbsp;who’s worked with the royal family, the most effective&nbsp;exercise routine from a celebrity trainer and the most elite sleep hygiene tips to help you get to sleep faster and keep you asleep for longer.&nbsp;&nbsp;

And during my Wellbeing session, you’ll get to melt away your stress with invigorating massages, facials and body treatments – it’ll be a wonderful chance to treat yourself to some well-deserved self-care and create precious holiday memories.

So not only will you be able to enjoy a wonderful, adventurous getaway but you’ll also return home better slept, feeling great in your body and with skincare so luminous it's visible from space – what more could you possibly ask for from a trip away?
