Our spas at sea have wellness areas that cater for all kinds of relaxation experiences and treatments.

All our ships feature an Oasis Spa and Salon, and each one offers a unique choice of facilities, services and treatments from our expert therapists, hairdressers and beauty technicians . Depending on the ship you cruise with, you might enjoy using a thermal suite and hydrotherapy pool, The Retreat alfresco spa terrace – a tranquil space exclusively for adults. A selection of massages and P&O Cruises spa treatments is available across our fleet, as well as a range of hair styling, beauty treatments, Acupuncture and Medi-Spa offering a selection of safe and effective aesthetic facial and body treatments, and if you’re keen to know what will be offered on board your ship, you can find a wide selection of treatments available to book via My Cruise 365 days before departure.

How to book

If you’ll be aged 18 or over on your embarkation day, you can book treatments from 365 days in advance of your holiday via My P&O Cruises, or you can book once you’re on board. You’ll also be able to make bookings for guests aged 14 – 18 once you’re on board, but they’ll need to be accompanied by an adult for selected treatments.

When are spa treatments available?

Oasis Spa is open from 8am to 10pm every day, with treatments available all day, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially if you’d like a treatment at a popular time of day. Mornings and early afternoons are usually quieter, providing an even more serene and tranquil environment.

What are spa menus?

Our spa menus explain exactly what’s available in each of our Oasis Spas. The choice of treatments, services and spa features is unique to each ship, and you’ll find these menus on My P&O Cruises, in your cabin and on the My Holiday planner, which is available for free on your smartphone or tablet once you're on board.

Where can I find a spa glossary?

Our spa menus give you all the information you need about each service and treatment available on board. If you need more information about anything during your holiday, you can always call from the phone in your cabin or visit the Oasis Spa and our friendly and experienced team there will be happy to help.

What are the best treatments for relaxation and the best treatments for long day in port?

The answer to this question is different for everyone. Some people enjoy massages that work out muscle knots, while others prefer hot stone therapies that relieve tension by directing heat to specific areas of the body. You might like to indulge in a refreshing facial or a revitalising makeover and haircut, or tune up with some acupuncture. If you’re not sure what to choose, you can always have a chat with the spa team on board and they’ll help you pick the perfect treatment for your needs.

Should I choose a face or body treatment?

When deciding between a facial or body treatment, consider your focus: facials rejuvenate skin, while body treatments offer overall relaxation. Our staff can help you based on your preferences and wellness goals.

How do I pick a body treatment?

Selecting the right massage is about aligning your preferences and needs. For deep relaxation, the Restorative Salt Stone Massage is perfect, while the Aroma Stone Therapy targets tension. Can children use the spa?

The Thermal Suites and The Retreat are adults only and 13-17s need to be accompanied by an adult for spa, beauty and salon services.
