Frequently asked questions about Ventura
During the day, you can dress in whatever you like. However, on all our ships, we have two dress codes that apply in the evenings: Evening Casual and Black Tie. Nights where the dress code is Evening Casual, you can bring out your best shirt, dress and smart, dark denim. For nights where the dress code is Black Tie, make sure to pack your best tux, suit or cocktail dress.
There are some venues on each ship where dress codes don’t apply, so make sure to check your Horizon paper that’s delivered to your cabin each day to check where these are, as they vary ship by ship. For those travelling on family-friendly ships, dress codes also don’t apply to children aged 12 and under.
Ventura has a normal operating capacity of 3,078 guests and 1,205 crew.
Ventura has accommodation to suit everyone. She’s home to 1,556 cabins including 434 Inside, 223 Sea view, 675 Balcony, 178 Superior Deluxe Balcony, 26 Suite, 18 Single and 2 Family cabins.
Ventura is a family-friendly ship and offers age specific children’s clubs on board.

There’s so much choice aboard Ventura, with nine different restaurants including Freedom and Club dining options, plus coffee shops and cafés where you can enjoy a snack. The Waterside and Beach House buffet restaurants offer flavours from around the world and favourites from home at almost any time of day, while the poolside pizzeria and grill is ideal for tasty, informal bites. If you fancy treating yourself to a speciality dining experience, you could savour the sophisticated atmosphere and sumptuous food in The Epicurean. For delicious dishes paired with the perfect wines, head to The Glass House. And if you’re in the mood for something spicy, be sure to try Sindhu.
