Colourful cocktails, fine spirits, craft beers and luscious wines... Our drink packages have something to suit every taste. You can enjoy old favourites or branch out and try a new tipple - the choice is yours. Prices shown below are for cruises of five nights or more.

You're entitled to up to 15 alcoholic drinks per day, per package. After which, any drinks will be charged at full price with a 20% discount. All non-alcoholic drinks included in the package are unlimited.
Only one drink may be ordered per package at any one time at a minimum of 15-minute intervals.

Are there limits on the number of drinks included?

Yes, our Refresh drinks package that has an incredible selection of soft drinks can be purchased and enjoyed by everyone.&nbsp;

Can adults purchase the Refresh drinks package?

Drinks Packages are only available on cruises of 5 nights or longer, and while some of our Short Breaks are 5 nights, most are 4 nights and under. But it’s still great value to pay as you go.

Can I buy a Drinks Package if i'm going on a short break?

No, if 2 or more guests aged over 18 years are sharing a cabin all guests must purchase the same Drinks Package. Sharing or transferring Drinks Packages is not <a>allowed.&nbsp;</a>

Can just one person in our cabin buy a Drinks Package?

The same Drinks Package must be purchased by guests aged over 18 years sharing a cabin. However, children can have the Refresh Drinks Package independently of their parents and this can be purchased on board.

Can we purchase different Drinks Packages within our cabin?

Water, teas and coffees are available on board free of charge. However, for canned, still or sparkling water, or specialist teas and coffees such as Costa Coffee or Teapigs, you’ll need to either purchase a Drinks Package or pay as you go.

Do I need a drinks package to be able to have water, teas or coffee?

Yes, our Captain's Collection and Commodore's Collection wine packages are still available to purchase via the Customer Contact Centre or on board.

How can I buy a Wine Package?

Our Drinks Packages are available to purchase in a number of ways:

<li>You can purchase the packages at the time of booking as part of the all-inclusive packages.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<li>You can purchase the packages on <a href="https://my.pocruises.com/mycruise/login">My P&amp;O Cruises</a> immediately after booking your cruise and up to three days prior to departure, where you will receive 10% discount. 
 
</li>
<li>Or you can purchase the packages on board during the first two days of your holiday. Please note, discounts do not apply to on board purchases.</li>
</ul>
If you have booked via a travel agent, you can also talk to them about purchasing a package via <a href="https://my.pocruises.com/mycruise/login">My P&amp;O Cruises</a>.

How do I buy a Drinks Package?

If you have purchased a Drinks Package prior to your cruise, your cruise card will have a sticker on it to indicate to our crew which Drinks Package you have chosen. Simply use your cruise card each time you order a drink covered by your chosen Drinks Package, and it’s all taken care <a>of</a>. If you buy a Drinks Package once on board, you will receive the sticker at the time of purchase.

Once on board how do I claim my Drinks Package?

A guest aged 17 years old or under will receive a complimentary Refresh drinks package when a qualifying adult in the same cabin has purchased a Classic or Deluxe drinks package. *
* Please note, if the second guest on your booking is aged 17 or under, they will <a>then </a>be charged for the Classic drinks package but receive the Refresh drinks package once onboard. This only applies when purchasing a package at point of making your cruise booking. When purchasing via <a href="https://my.pocruises.com/mycruise/login">My P&amp;O Cruises</a> all guests under 17 years will receive a complimentary Refresh package, regardless of how many adults are on the booking

Will all children receive a complimentary package when an adult in the same cabin purchases a drinks package?

Yes, our Ventura cruise ship offers Freedom and Club dining in the Bay Tree, Saffron and Cinnamon Restaurants. There are also a number of fantastic venues offering speciality dining.

Does Ventura have Freedom dining?

Depending on the cabin type and location, balconies on board Ventura vary from 4 to 26 square metres. If you’re keen to know out about the size of the balcony for a specific cabin, feel free to call us on 0344 338 8003.&nbsp;

How big are the balconies on Ventura cruise ship?

During the day, you can dress in whatever you like. However, on all our ships, we have two dress codes that apply in the evenings: Evening Casual and Black Tie. Nights where the dress code is Evening Casual, you can bring out your best shirt, dress and smart, dark denim. For nights where the dress code is Black Tie, make sure to pack your best tux, suit or cocktail dress.

There are some venues on each ship where dress codes don’t apply, so make sure to check your Horizon paper that’s delivered to your cabin each day to check where these are, as they vary ship by ship. For those travelling on family-friendly ships, dress codes also don’t apply to children aged 12 and under.&nbsp;
