My Account frequently asked questions
My Account is a convenient way to manage communication preferences, your contact details, view your loyalty benefits and cruise history.
If you haven’t yet created a My Account, we would encourage creating one for a better online experience. With My Account, you can:
- View the details of your upcoming cruise and full cruise history
- Check your Peninsular Club status and how far you are from the next tier
- Explore all the loyalty benefits you can enjoy on your next holiday
- Easily keep your personal details up to date
- Personalise your communication preferences.

You can use My Account to manage communication preferences and your contact details, and view your loyalty benefits and cruise history. My P&O Cruises is linked to individual booking references so you can manage your travel information, check in, book shore experiences and tailor your upcoming holiday.
Booking a holiday doesn’t automatically create a My Account for you.
You’ll need to create a My Account using your email address and password, and you can do this whenever you like.
No, you’ll only be able to access the booking with the reference number you used to log in.
To log in to My Account and view all your upcoming cruises, you’ll need to log in with your email address and password, you can do this here
Check that you have added your My Account number in the My Details section of your account.
If your My Account number missing, please add it under the My Account number section towards the bottom of the page.
If your My Account number is linked to your My Account, you can add future bookings by searching the booking reference. Your booking reference can be found on your booking confirmation which would have been emailed to you at the time you booked.
Visit the 'My P&O Cruises' or 'Loyalty & Cruise History' sections of My Account to add a future booking.
Please check that the name, date of birth and My Account number on your booking match those details on your My Account. To check the details associated with your booking, view your booking confirmation, which would have been emailed to you at the time you booked.
If they're not a match, you can edit your details in your My Account. If that doesn’t work, please check that the booking reference or My Account number you supplied is correct. If it is correct, please call our Customer Contact Centre on 0344 338 8003.
