The Caribbean Pass can be cancelled without charge no later than 3 days before departure. In this event, a full refund will be applied to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. Cancellations after this time will incur a cancellation charge of 10% of the purchase price however, once on-board, The Caribbean Pass cannot be cancelled.

Our shore experiences are open to everyone travelling on the cruise, and we offer a full range of itineraries and activity types, for all levels. Some shore experiences may have restrictions, such as age or mobility, but this information will be included in the shore experience important information, on My P&amp;O Cruises.

Are there any limitations on who can join a shore experience?

Yes; some websites and categories of websites are blocked either due to their content or due to their consumption of large amounts of bandwidth (such as video streaming). Examples of the kinds of websites that may be blocked are adult content, alcohol and tobacco, anonymisers, drug abuse, file sharing, malware, nudity, online gambling, streaming hacking, phishing, proxy avoidance and violent content.In addition, some internet services such as Wi-Fi (VoIP) calling, remote desktop connections and VPNs may not be available. Some email applications will not work without significant alterations to providers account or device settings. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide support for those alterations. Most email providers offer web-based access, and these will work in most cases. Some websites may require authentication via a mobile phone if you’re using an unknown connection (e.g., Hotmail) or have set up two-factor authentication on your account.

Are there any limitations to browsing on the ESSENTIAL and ULTIMATE packages?

Any restrictions would be on an experience-by-experience basis, and these can be found in the shore experience important information, on My P&amp;O Cruises.

Are there any restrictions for shore experiences?

1. Download videos ahead of sailing.&nbsp;If you plan on watching a series, or other video content while on board, we recommend downloading it onto your device prior to sailing. Our Essential plan does not include video streaming, and we cannot guarantee streaming speeds during peak hours. &nbsp;2. Download apps before embarking. We strongly recommend you download any apps at home prior to sailing and avoid updating your device on our ships. Also, please note that iCloud will not work on board.

Are there any top tips for using the Wi-Fi on board?

You will soon have the option to add on one of our all-inclusive packages to existing holiday bookings. We’ll write with more information on how to add an all-inclusive bundle (subject to availability) once this is available.

Can I add an all-inclusive package after I’ve booked my cruise?

Can I add one onto my existing booking? 

You can book wedding spa treatments when planning your special day. These will be added to your on-board account.All additional spa services can be booked in advance on My P&amp;O Cruises. Payment is taken at the time of booking. Because the Oasis Spa is so popular with our guests, we recommend booking in advance of your departure.

Can I add spa treatments to my wedding booking?

Yes, you can book one of our&nbsp;<a title="Ceremonies at Sea Packages" href="https://www.pocruises.com/ceremonies-at-sea/ceremonies" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ceremonies at Sea packages</a>, such as the Wedding at Sea, Just the Two of Us, Renewal of Vows or Engagement package. Can I arrange a special occasion on board a cruise?

We always recommend booking your shore experiences early, to avoid disappointment. However, if a shore experience is sold out, we would encourage you to explore the other options available in the wide range of shore experiences featured on My P&amp;O Cruises.

Can I book a shore experience that is ‘Sold Out’? Are waitlists available?

You certainly can! However, you can only book via the Contact Centre or a travel agent, it’s not available via the website.

Can I book the all-inclusive package on World Cruises, Classic Southern Hemisphere Journeys and Exotic fly-cruises?

Drinks Packages are only available on cruises of 5 nights or longer, and while some of our Short Breaks are 5 nights, most are 4 nights and under. But it’s still great value to pay as you go.

Can I buy a Drinks Package if i'm going on a short break?

Before your holiday:If you need to amend or cancel a spa treatment or service before your holiday starts, you can do so via My P&amp;O Cruises, free of charge, up until three days before your departure date.Refunds will be applied to the card that was used to purchase the spa treatment or service and you will receive confirmation of your amendment or cancellation via email.&nbsp; If you have a query, you can also call the team&nbsp;on&nbsp;0800 369 9901 between 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.&nbsp; On board: You can amend or cancel a spa treatment or service on board. However, cancellations may incur a charge.Your prepaid spa booking is fully refundable on board up to 24 hours before your treatment time. To order a Gift for someone with a different booking, you’ll need to place your order at least four days before the cruise departs by calling our Customer Contact Centre on 03453 555 111 and giving the recipient’s full name and date of birth. Lines are open Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 8pm and Sunday from 10am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays. Local call charges apply.

Can I order flowers, a gift, a birthday cake or a surprise treat for someone on a cruise?

No, all Gift Packages and Flowers must be paid for at the time of booking. You can do this via My P&amp;O Cruises, with a valid credit or debit card.

Can I pay for Gift Packages & Flowers with my on-board spending money?

Can I pre-book speciality dining using the dining credit before my cruise to take advantage of any pre-cruise discount? 

You’ll be able to view the bookable events if sailing on Arvia or Iona via My P&amp;O Cruises before your holiday, or you can book once you’re on board via My Holiday for these ships. The Cookery Club&nbsp;and&nbsp;The Limelight Club are also bookable on Britannia.Some events can be booked by turning up on the day and this will be managed on board. Please refer to your daily Horizon paper when you get on board for the booking details of each event.

Can I pre-book the entertainment on board for all ships?

&lt;p&gt;Yes, guests can purchase multiple Captain &amp;amp; Commodore&#39;s wine packages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

Can I purchase multiple wine packages?

Yes; you can purchase the cruise package at any point during the cruise, meaning you will purchase internet for all remaining days of your holiday at the reduced rate. There are also discounts available if you are travelling on a cruise of 16 nights or more. For more information visit internet.pocruises.com when on board.

Can I purchase the cruise plan option during the cruise?

Each guest aged 18 years (21 years in United States of America ports) and older may bring up to one litre of wine or Champagne on board when they embark the ship for the first time only. Wine or Champagne over the one-litre limit will be stored and returned to the guest prior to the end of the cruise. If this alcohol is consumed in the dining rooms, bars, restaurants or lounge areas, it will be subject to a corkage fee of £20* per bottle, per occasion, which will be charged to the guest’s on-board account. Other alcohol types such as spirits are considered restricted items and guests are prohibited from bringing them on board when they first embark the ship.&nbsp;Any alcoholic beverages purchased mid-cruise in ports of call cannot be consumed on board. Guests will need to declare and hand over any alcohol bought in port at the gangway. It will be stored and returned to the guest prior to the end of the cruise, at no charge. &nbsp;If a bottle of wine/Champagne has been bought for a guest through P&amp;O Cruises gifts, guests will need to ensure they carry the gift card with them to avoid having the corkage charge applied to their on-board account. &nbsp;On eligible cruises, guests are welcome to buy duty-free alcohol from the on-board shops to take home. It will be stored until the end of their cruise. &nbsp;Should guests wish to enjoy a drink in their cabin, they will be able to refer to the Room Service menu, which has a selection of spirits and wines that can be purchased by the bottle. &nbsp;The consumption and enjoyment of alcohol in a public area will always be subject to our responsible drinking policy. Bar staff may refuse service if a guest appears to be inebriated. Any offensive or unruly behaviour may result in individuals or the whole group being asked to leave the venue. Dangerous or violent behaviour is not acceptable and may result in individual guests or whole parties having their holiday terminated and having to make their way home at their own cost. Anyone under the age of 18 (or under 21 when in United States of America waters) will not be served alcoholic beverages on board and must not be in possession of alcohol. Can I use the spa voucher elsewhere on board?

No, My Holiday is free to use and does not require you to purchase an internet package.To avoid roaming charges while at sea, please either turn off mobile data or switch your device to flight mode, then connect your device to the ship's Wi-Fi network (P&amp;O Cruises Guest Wi-Fi).Once connected to the Wi-Fi, open your internet browser and visit&nbsp;myholiday.pocruises.com&nbsp;or scan the QR code that you'll find on The How to Guide in your cabin.

Do I need to purchase an internet package to access My Holiday?

Yes, all guests aged 18 and over (at the time of sailing) will be charged for the all-inclusive package. If you’re travelling as two adults and one or two children, the children won’t be charged for the all-inclusive package and will get the Refresh drinks package for free. If you’re travelling as one adult and one child, you’ll both pay for the package but your child will get a Refresh drinks package instead of the Classic or Deluxe.

Do you need to apply all-inclusive to all guests in the cabin? (adults and children) 

Yes, please advise the spa manager onboard, and she/he will adjust the price accordingly and refund the difference.

How can I add a Gift to my booking?

How you book your flight seats will depend on whether you’re travelling on a selected chartered flight or on a scheduled flight.<h2>Chartered flights</h2>You can pre-purchase your preferred flight seats on selected charter flights to and from Valletta, Malta, on Mediterranean fly-cruises, or Bridgetown, Barbados, on Caribbean fly-cruises, using the Flight Seat Booker tool on the flights page on the My P&amp;O Cruises portal. From here, you’ll be able to follow instructions to book your seats through Flight Seat Booker - where you can select and purchase your seats.Please be aware, Flight Seat Booker will open approximately 14 weeks prior to departure and close approximately one week before departure.<h2>Scheduled flights</h2>Seats on scheduled flights can usually be purchased through the airline’s own website. How can I book an all-inclusive package? 

We no longer offer a wheelchair hire service on board. If you require a wheelchair whilst at sea, the P&amp;O Cruises recommended supplier, Mobility at Sea, provides a number of different items for hire including those tailored to specific mobility requirements or sizes. Mobility at Sea can be contacted on 0800 328 1699. All items are subject to availability and must be ordered and paid for in advance, or you can bring your own mobility aids.
Please note, Mobility at Sea can only provide equipment on Southampton-to-Southampton sailings. We do not have a recommended supplier in other countries, but you can hire equipment independently and bring it on board provided that it meets our size and safety requirements. 
 
If you hire equipment independently, such as a wheelchair or mobility scooter, it must not be left unattended under any circumstance within the terminal area or on board. P&amp;O Cruises takes no responsibility for unattended items.

How do I change the number of people on my dining reservation?

On our ships, you can connect to the Wi-Fi with almost any internet-enabled device. &nbsp;1. Make sure the Wi-Fi on your device is switched on, then select&nbsp;'Guest Wi-Fi' from the list of available networks. &nbsp;2. Once you're connected, open your internet browser and visit "&nbsp;internet.pocruises.com", which is the P&amp;O Cruises Guest Wi-Fi login page. &nbsp;3. If you’re connecting to the Wi-Fi for the first time, you’ll need to click Register, then enter some personal details, including a memorable username and a 4-digit PIN. &nbsp;4. How do I connect to the Wi-Fi on board?

You would need an evacuation wheelchair if you’d be unable to use the stairs for any reason. For any guest who uses a wheelchair or mobility scooter, this is a mandatory requirement.One-to-one assistance is a mandatory requirement if you require someone to guide and steady you on the stairs in the event of an emergency. For any guest bringing a mobility aid, such as a walking stick or walker, this is recommended only.

You’ll need to contact the airline you’re travelling with if you wish to arrange purchasing extra luggage.

There will be a select number of seats reserved for The Caribbean Pass guests to use. These will be available at every evening performance in Headliners Theatre on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you can’t get into your preferred timeslot, there will be others available. Please be in your seats 5 minutes before the show begins, as once doors are closed there will be no admission to the theatre. Please display your lanyard or cruise cards for staff to direct you to the best seats in the house.

How does priority theatre seating work? 

You can book and pay for your meal at most of our speciality dining venues before your holiday, while other restaurants are prices by dish and charged at the end of your meal. If you have booked a cruise with us, you can make dining reservations on your My P&amp;O Cruises online portal from 120 days before departure. How far in advance is speciality dining available to purchase pre-cruise? 

The Guest Wi-Fi on board your cruise utilises internet signals that are wirelessly transmitted thousands of miles via a satellite to and from your ship, wherever it is in the world. This technology does not come without a cost, but we do our best to keep our prices affordable, so our guests can enjoy a seamless internet access while on board.Due to the nature of the satellite transmission, the Wi-Fi may sometimes be slower at sea when compared to terrestrial connectivity. Geographical location, weather and the number of users using the system can have an impact on connectivity speed.

How is satellite internet different from internet at home?

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to reach the original payment card.

How long will my refund take to go back onto my card?

One device per guest is included. Once on board, you can upgrade to more devices if you wish using the My Holiday on-board planner. You’ll simply pay the difference between your existing Wi-Fi package and the upgrade. Pricing will be available in My Holiday once you join your ship.

How many devices are included in the Wi-Fi element of the packages?  

You may book as many as you like – however we recommend allowing 1 hour between departures. If you miss a shore experience due to a delay on the previous experience, you will receive a full refund.

How many shore experiences can I book in one day?

How much are the drinks on board?

The price is £28 per adult passenger, per day based on two adults sharing a cabin.
Children 17 and under and any third or fourth adult passengers sharing the same cabin receive most benefits for free, excluding Wi-Fi, spa credit, and retail offers.

How much does The Caribbean Pass cost? 

The All-inclusive Classic starts from £45 per person per day, the All-inclusive Deluxe is from £55 per person per day (based on holidays of 15 nights or more, price varies by duration).

How much is each package? 

You’ll be refunded to the card you used to make the purchase. The last four digits of the card appear in your order summary under Billing Information at the top of the order page.

How will I receive my refund?

Your drinks and Wi-Fi packages will appear in the on-board planner, and your dining credit will be added to your on-board credit allowance. From mid-next year we hope to show the dining credit separately so that you can see this clearly within the on-board app.

How will it show on board that I have the all-inclusive package?

&lt;p&gt;Simply purchase your wine package through My Cruise and your wine package voucher will be waiting in your cabin. Simply present the voucher to your wine steward, who will bring the selected bottle to your table.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

 How will my bottles of wine be delivered?

All of the information you’ll have provided and bookings you’ve made in My P&amp;O Cruises will be transferred over, ready for you to continue tailoring your holiday on your ship.
