My Account is an online portal that allows you to manage your account details in one place – from tailoring your upcoming cruise holidays to exploring your loyalty benefits.
You can check your email inbox and folders to see if you have created an account previously.
If you have not yet created a P&O Cruises account you can still manage your bookings by visiting https://www.pocruises.com/login/manage-booking.
You can also pay your balance here, https://www.pocruises.com/login/pay-balance.
You will need your six-digit booking reference (e.g., AB1C2D) (you can find this on any email communication from us about your booking), as well as your name and date of birth as they appear on your passport.
If you would like to create a P&O Cruises account, click the Register button on the My Account login page, https://www.pocruises.com/login and follow the on-screen instructions. You will receive an email to activate your P&O Cruises account where you will be able to add your bookings.
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email within a few minutes.

For your security, we temporarily lock accounts after several unsuccessful log in attempts. This helps prevent unauthorised access and ensures your P&O Cruises account remains secure.
If you’ve been locked out of your account, click "Forgot Password/email?" on the P&O Cruises My Account log in page, https://www.pocruises.com/login. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email within a few minutes.
Once you have received the email, click on the link and follow the instructions to set a new password.
If you’re still unable to log in you can still manage your upcoming holiday. Go to https://www.pocruises.com/login/manage-booking and enter your booking details.
You will need your six-digit booking reference (e.g., AB1C2D), your name as it appears on your passport, and your date of birth as it appears on your passport.
Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and retry. It may also help to disable any browser extensions or plug-ins that might be interfering with the log in process.
If that doesn’t work, try using a different browser or device to log in.
It may also help to see if a friend, family someone or somebody else you’re close to can log in on their device.
Please note that the email address and the password fields on the P&O Cruises My Account login page can only accept the details you used to set up your account. It won’t accept your booking reference to log you in.

Double-check the spelling of your email and ensure there are no extra spaces before or after the email address you have entered.
Make sure you’re using the same email you used to create your P&O Cruises My Account. You may have signed up using a different email.
Try searching your inbox for a welcome email from us to confirm the email you used.
Just a quick note: The password field is only for the password you used when you created your My Account. It won’t work with your upcoming P&O Cruises holiday booking reference. Double-check that you're entering your password - not the booking reference number from your upcoming cruise.

Click on the eyeball icon on the right of the password field box and make sure there are no typos, extra letters or incorrect characters in your entered password. Also check for any extra spaces before and after your password.
Check that Caps Lock is off, and that the password has been entered with the right upper-case and lower-case letters.

Booking a holiday does not automatically create a P&O Cruises My Account for you. The email address linked to your account may differ from the one used for your upcoming cruise booking and should be unique to you.
The email address field won’t accept your upcoming cruise booking reference. Please make sure you're entering your email and not the booking reference number from your latest cruise.
Make sure there are no typos in your email address, or extra spaces before or after your email address.
Check that Caps Lock is off.
Make sure you’re using the email address you used to create your My Account with P&O Cruises.

If you still don’t see it, try resending the reset email.
If you still don’t receive the email, contact us.
Please contact us. We may ask you to verify your identity to help recover your account or update your email address.
