<p>Head to the ‘My bookings’ section on My Holiday to see a summary of everything you've booked for your holiday – including any bookings made before your holiday via My P&amp;O Cruises. You can review and cancel certain bookings via My Holiday. If available, a ‘CANCEL BOOKING’ button will appear underneath a booking, which you can select. Normal cancellation policies apply. If the option to cancel a booking does not appear in My Holiday, you can request to cancel the booking via the relevant service desk. If you’re not sure who you need to speak to, we have My Holiday experience desks in various locations on board where our friendly team can help you.</p>


Can I cancel purchases that I made in My P&O Cruises once I'm on board? Will there be any cancellation charges?

<p>Unfortunately, you cannot use your on-board spending money before you sail. However, once on-board, you can indulge in a variety of experiences using your on-board spending money, such as booking luxurious spa treatments, exciting shore experiences and much more.&nbsp;</p>


Can I use my on-board spending money on My P&O Cruises?

<p>Of course! From designer boutiques to a shop that sells day-to-day necessities, it's all available to you on board.</p>


Can you go shopping on a cruise ship?

<p>Not at all. All your spending on board will be done via your cruise card. Your on-board spending money will be added to this when you embark and you can make additional purchases and settle the balance at Reception on departure.</p>


Do I need to bring cash with me on a cruise holiday?

<p>It's all on your My Holiday digital pocket planner. Simply log in to review your spending and current balance.&nbsp;You can view any remaining on-board spending money you have as well as transactions and purchases made by all guests registered to your on-board account.</p>


How do I keep track of my on-board credit?

<p>To purchase an internet package, you can tap the 'Internet packages’ icon on the My Holiday home page and then follow the easy on-screen instructions.</p>


How do I purchase an internet package?

<p>Your final bill will be&nbsp;in your mailbox outside your cabin door when you wake up on your last day. The balance will be taken from the payment card you registered during check-in.&nbsp;If you wish to settle your on-board account with cash at the end of your cruise, a payment card must still be registered when you check in online or at embarkation.&nbsp;</p>


How do I settle my bill?

<p>There's no need to bring cash on board. Everything is charged to your cruise card. Keep it with you and present it whenever you buy something.&nbsp;</p>


How do you pay for things on a cruise ship?

<p>You can access My Holiday from the moment you step aboard your ship via your own device (mobile phone or tablet). You will need your pass number to log in, which is the last six digits below the barcode on your cruise card – this will be waiting for you outside of your cabin. As My Holiday only works when connected to the ship's free&nbsp;Wi-Fi (P&amp;OCruises_Guest_WIFI), it can be used anywhere on the ship but can't be used on shore.</p>

<p>When you join your ship, you’ll find your cruise card waiting for you outside your cabin. Your cruise card is your key to your accommodation, your ID for stepping on and off your ship and your payment card for all spending on board. If you wish to purchase anything on board, all you need to do is present your cruise card – simple!</p>
