One of the highlights of any cruise is the Gala Evening. On these glamorous occasions, a gourmet dining experience is available to everyone, presented in the main restaurant and we’re delighted that our Gala menus have been created personally by the legendary godfather of British cooking, Marco Pierre White. Some of Marco’s favourite traditional dishes are celebrated in the five-course menu.
Savour such treats as Bayonne ham and Parmesan mousse; classic beef Wellington with a wild mushroom and Madeira duxelle; New England half split lobster with a Mornay sauce; poached Hampshire chalk stream trout with caper mayonnaise; Champagne sorbet; and orange-scented savarin with summer berries. Complete this wonderful experience by treating yourself to one of our speciality wines, including three exclusive Bon Viveur blends created by Olly Smith.
