Who do I contact if I’ve left my luggage on board?
Any luggage left on board will be landed in Southampton at the end of your cruise holiday. Please see our article here to find out how to reclaim your lost property.
Who do I contact if I’ve accidentally taken the wrong luggage home?
If you get home and find that you’ve accidentally taken the wrong luggage, please call The Baggage Handling Company on 023 8087 3111 or email them at info@thebaggagehandlingcompany.com.
What can I do if I can’t find my luggage in the cruise terminal?
Please ask staff in the baggage hall for their help. If they can’t find it, please go to the baggage enquiries office (within the baggage hall) and complete a missing baggage form. After disembarkation, we’ll examine any leftover luggage to see if yours is there or if any guests mistakenly took the wrong luggage. If so, we’ll arrange for your luggage to be returned to you.
What can I do if I can’t find my luggage on board?
Don’t worry; please ask a member of staff for their help as soon as you become aware of the problem.
What should I do if my luggage has been damaged?
As soon as you become aware of the damage, please tell a staff member (on board or at the cruise terminal) so you can get a damage report, which you can submit to your travel insurance company.
