Questions if you've got an existing booking
Following guest feedback, we’ve chosen to open up a small selection of cruises on Arcadia and Aurora to allow guests of all ages to enjoy these beautiful ships. This means families of all generations will be able to holiday together during selected times of the year.
Our guests told us that they would like the opportunity to invite their loved ones on their favourite ship.
So, from December 2026, on selected holidays, we’re inviting guests of all ages onto Arcadia and Aurora so that families of all generations can holiday together and make unforgettable memories with loved ones. This opens more opportunities to explore these elegant ships, more destinations and more holidays sailing from Southampton.
You can still sail with Arcadia and Aurora on an extensive choice of holidays exclusively for adults.
No – you can still book your P&O Cruises holiday for the same incredible value.
No, you don’t need to do anything. Your booking isn’t affected, and you can keep looking forward to your getaway.

Answers to more general questions
You can start booking guests of all ages on selected Arcadia and Aurora holidays from 7 October 2025.
The only cruise holidays currently on sale for Aurora that will welcome guests of all ages are R621, R622, R623, R704, R707, R709, R711, R712, R713, R714, R715, and R717.
All other holidays currently on sale on Aurora will remain exclusively for adults.
The only cruise holidays on sale for Arcadia that will welcome guests of all ages are J619, J703, J704, J705, J709, J710, J711, and J713.

At the moment, selected holidays for all ages can’t be booked online for Arcadia or Aurora. To book, please contact our customer contact centre team on 0344 338 8003 (local call charges apply) or contact your travel agent. On selected Aurora and Arcadia holidays, guests can book infants from six months of age.
Children on Arcadia’s 14-night holiday to Norway and Iceland (cruise J709) must be at least 12 months old.
These two ships will not be offering children’s clubs or babysitting services, but you can enjoy a variety of activities, entertainment and games for all ages on board.
We offer Night Nursery and children’s clubs on our family-friendly ships Arvia, Azura, Britannia, Iona and Ventura.

Yes – children’s menus will be available.
The only changes will be to accommodate our younger guests, for example baby changing and bottle warming facilities, children and infant lifesaving appliances, and bed guards.

We’ll offer a variety of activities suitable for all ages during these selected holidays on Arcadia and Aurora. There will be something for everyone!
The spa and wellness areas will continue to offer all the relaxation you could ask for. On these selected holidays, our usual terms and conditions apply. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of embarkation to make a prepaid spa booking via My P&O Cruises. Under 18s are welcome to be pampered in the salon with treatments like haircuts or mini manicures and these can be booked on board by visiting the spa. All under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
You can look forward to the same dress codes and variety of dining options during your holiday as usual.
No, getting on and off your ship will be the same as always.
Our highest safety standards remain in place.
There will be no impact to loyalty benefits and cabin allocations remain the same.
When you book a Select Price holiday, you can choose your cabin number at the time of booking (subject to availability).
If you book an Early Saver holiday, you can choose your cabin grade, but your cabin number is allocated by us before you depart for your holiday.
There are no special restrictions on cabin types for families. We have Inside cabins, Sea view cabins, Balcony cabins and Suites available to families of three or four. Our usual terms and conditions apply when booking children into a cabin.
There will be a wide range of spaces available for everyone on board – from quiet spaces to lively and buzzing events. At times, some venues may be designated as exclusively for adults.
You can look forward to Arcadia and Aurora’s usual variety of spectacular entertainment on board, as well as a tailored selection of entertainment suitable for all ages during selected holidays.
Aurora and Arcadia will continue to offer holidays exclusively for adults the majority of the time. We're just opening up a small selection of holidays for all ages to allow families to holiday together (during specific times of the year) on our beautiful Aurora and Arcadia.
At the moment, guests under 18 can’t be booked on Arcadia or Aurora’s selected holidays online.
