Board your high-speed RIB and admire the stunning scenery as you’re whisked away from Ålesund’s picturesque harbour, through the serene fjord. Hold onto your hat as you enter the open Atlantic Ocean and jet across the surface of the water, heading to Runde Bird Rock.
From the unique vantage point of your boat, marvel at Rundebranden – the southernmost nesting cliff in Norway. Over half a million birds spend time here each year and your Captain will point out many of the 50 different species.
Sail around the island – home to just 200 people – and get close to the nesting birds without disturbing them, before the exhilarating journey back to Ålesund via the beautiful Vartdalsfjord.
