Auckland City Sights and Maori Performance

Setting off from the pier, you’ll drive to the country’s most important museum, the Auckland War Memorial Museum. Here, you’ll discover the Maori Culture and enjoy a vibrant cultural performance.

Upon arrival, watch the home tribe of Auckland perfrom a vibrant cultural display that provides a glimpse into the Maori culture. Afterwards, you’ll have the opportunity to browse the museum independently and the Maori Gallery. 

Next, you’ll take a drive through the city of Auckland and across the Harbour Bridge; passing by the city’s major points of interest. You’ll notice how downtown Auckland’s shopping and office complexes contrast with the restored Victorian buildings of the city’s suburbs and Parnell Village with its colonial-style shops. A photo stop will be made at a scenic look out to enjoy panoramic views of the city and Waitemata Harbour.
