Catamaran Sail and Snorkel

Cruise by Aruba’s breathtaking coast and explore two of the region’s most enchanting underwater sites.

Step aboard a chic catamaran and glide through the calm Caribbean Sea. Don the snorkel gear provided and enter the warm, crystal-clear water at the Boca Catalina. At only 15 feet deep and located in a secluded sandy bay, this reef is the ideal spot for beginners and experienced snorkellers. Admire the vibrant coral and look out for tropical fish, including bluefin trevally, Bermuda chub and French angelfish. If you’re lucky, you might even spot majestic green sea turtles.

Swim above the mysterious Antilla shipwreck, a German freighter scuttled in World War II. Lying 60 feet below the surface but still partially exposed, it’s the largest wreck in the Caribbean Sea and is now home to colourful corals, sponges and exotic fish. Enjoy exploring the water before cruising back to Oranjestad while sipping rum punch from the catamaran’s open bar.
