Take a short ride to St George's to the Clark's Court Rum Distillery, which was founded in 1937. Enjoy a guided tour of the factory, including the old steam engines dating back to 1886, and learn about the rum distillation, aging and blending processes. Then get a taste of the distillery's award-winning rums, and recipes for ways to mix and serve rum. Afterwards head to the secluded, white sands and crystal-clear waters of Morne Rouge Beach. Go for a swim, explore the beach, or simply relax with your included drink in hand and soak up the tropical sun.
