Deauville & Pays d'Auge Cheese Tasting

Deauville is a glamorous seaside resort, which is often frequented by the rich and famous and is well known for the American Film Festival of Deauville.

Your excursion continues as you drive through the picturesque Norman countryside of the Pays d’Auge region to a well-known Cheese Factory. During the drive your knowledgeable guide will provide you with information on the intricate cheese making process of soft cheese that Normandy is so well-known for.

As you independently explore the factory, you’ll discover the differences between Camembert, Livarot, Pont l’Eveque and Neufchatel cheeses, which are all made on location and in keeping with local traditions.
After your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to sample the four different cheeses, accompanied by bread and Norman cider.
