Discover some of Europe’s best cheeses, and make your own cheese in a fun workshop.
Enjoy an exceptionally scenic ride to a cheese factory, which teeters on the edge of the stunning La Caldera del Hondo de Fagajesto crater. Measuring 250 metres across and 40 metres deep, it’s the perfect location for the factory’s grazing sheep. Then roll up your sleeves and join your fellow guests in a fun cheese-making competition with one of the factory’s experts.
Afterwards, head to the tasting table to see who made the best cheese. You’ll also taste a variety of local products, including other cheeses, almogrote, and fresh bread, along with a glass of local, island wine
