Visit a stunning rural estate and join a Canarian cooking workshop.

Journey into the picturesque heart of the island, to the stunning rural estate, Finca La Laja. During your guided tour you’ll get a glimpse of the area’s rich history and culture, and learn about processing coffee and wine making, while tasting the finca’s products, such as wine, cheese, bread, chorizo, queque and bizcocho. Then roll up your sleeves and get cooking! The experienced chefs will show you how to prepare a variety of traditional Canarian dishes, including papas arrugadas, mojo rojo, and gofio. Then sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour, with a delicious glass of local wine.
