Cabárceno Nature Park
The famous Parque de la Naturaleza Cabárceno wildlife park is located in the beautiful Cantabrian Mountains in the Peñe Cabarga Nature Reserve. You’ll have the chance to observe more than 150 species of animal from around the world in what is the largest park of its kind in Europe. They roam free in the semi-wild environment that covers an area of more than 750 hectares. As you tour the 14km of roadways, keep your eyes open at viewpoints for great photo opportunities of the park's residents, among them African elephants, Bengal tigers, ostriches, lions, rhinos and Cantabrian brown bears.
