After a briefing from your friendly guide, you’ll set off together on the trail that takes you up Gros Piton - the 2,600-foot wonder.
The scenes become ever more stunning as the climb intensifies, motivating you to push on up. Stop half way for a breather and marvel at the spellbinding view of Petit Piton, backdropped by the sparkling Caribbean Sea. Climb stairs made of volcanic rock, discover rare species of exotic trees and look out for colourful birds.
Your reward for reaching the summit is a jaw-dropping vista of St Lucia and the surrounding electric-blue sea. As you revel in the moment, you might feel like you can reach up and touch the clouds.
What goes up, must come down. But your experience isn’t over yet. Tuck into a well-earned lunch of local flavours at the Beacon Restaurant as you relax and admire the view of Soufrière town and the mountain you’ve just climbed.
