Take the road out of the city towards Katoomba, where you’ll head to the Echo Point lookout that overlooks the giant rock formations known as the Australian Grand Canyon and the Jamison Valley. Take a ride at Scenic World, plunging 310m down into the lush valley, and return on the Scenic Cableway, the steepest aerial cable car in the Southern Hemisphere. Enjoy lunch in the charming surroundings of the Mountain Heritage Hotel with more spectacular views.
