Galician Wine and Cambados

Sit back and relax on a scenic drive that takes you to Agro de Bazán Wine Cellar, situated in the beautiful O Salnés Valley. Here, you’ll discover the wine-making process of the most famous white wine in the region, the aromatic white ‘Albariño’. Together, with your knowledgeable guide, enjoy a tour of the winery followed by a tasting session.

Continue to the traditional Pazo A Capitana Winery, located in an early-15th century manor house surrounded by lush gardens and vineyards. Learn how old and new techniques are used at this small cellar, with its century-old wine presses operating alongside modern equipment. You’ll also have the chance to taste their exquisite Albariño, before heading to Cambados town centre.

To round off your day, join your guide on a short walking tour through the old streets of Cambados village, considered to be the capital of the Albariño wine region. Pass by the elegant Pazo de Bazán, now converted into a Parador hotel, stroll around Francisco Asorey Square and admire the beautiful 16th century Fefiñanes Manor House or San Benito Romanesque Church, before returning to Vigo and your ship.
