Carnival Corporation & plc has established an ethics and compliance programme to support us in upholding the commitments set out in our company vision and to promote and maintain a high standard of professional and ethical conduct.

We require that every member of the P&O Cruises team uses sound judgment, maintains high ethical standards and demonstrates integrity in their work. We also expect our business partners to respect and follow applicable laws and regulations and to promote ethical decisions and conduct in all aspects of their business with P&O Cruises.

In support of our priority to ensure the health safety and wellbeing of everyone, we publish an annual statement under the United Kingdom’s Modern Slavery Act and Australia’s Modern Slavery Act outlining our efforts to combat slavery and human trafficking.
