Can I make changes to my boarding pass?

At P&O Cruises, we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable embarkation experience for all our guests, which includes providing clear information about boarding passes. This guide explains what to do if details on your boarding pass need to be changed.

What can't be changed on your boarding pass?

Once your digital boarding pass has been issued, you can’t directly edit the details on it, such as your name, date of birth or passport information. But we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so here’s what to do. 

If your information needs updating

Please contact our friendly Customer Contact Centre as soon as possible on 0344 338 8003. You’ll find our opening times here.  Our advisors will be happy to discuss your situation and explore possible solutions. This may involve reissuing your boarding pass with the corrected details.

So we can help you as quickly as possible, please have these details ready:

  • your booking reference number and booking details
  • the information that needs updating. 

Top tips for a smooth check-in:

  • We recommend checking your boarding pass carefully as soon as you get it.
  • Boarding passes are typically available for download or printing approximately 21 days before your cruise holiday departure.
  • We recommend keeping a printed copy of your boarding pass as a backup, along with your digital copy on your smartphone or tablet.

 

Please note: although it’s unlikely, if we need to change any details such as the departure terminal or time within 21 days of your cruise holiday, we’ll let you know. Your updated boarding pass will be reissued automatically for you to download.
