Price Promise – How does it work?
If you’d like to make a Price Promise application, the quote you’ve found elsewhere should include the identical information to your booking in the following ways:
- Ship and departure date/cruise number
- Price type (Select Price or Early Saver)
- Date of quote
- Cabin grade (e.g. PF grade)
- Number of guests
If you’ve booked a fly-cruise with us, please also make sure the following information is the same and included in your quote:
- Departure airport
- Aircraft cabin class

To submit a Price Promise request, simply email a screenshot of the quote that includes the above information to email@example.com. It’s important to include the date of the quote as we’re only able to apply our Price Promise to quotes found within 24 hours of the original booking.
For website quotes, make sure the screenshot includes the whole page so that we can see the date and time in the right-hand corner of your desktop.
