A cruise with us should feel exciting from the very first click. That’s why, if you find your holiday cheaper elsewhere, we’ll match the price within 24 hours of booking.

We know a good price matters just as much as a good getaway, so if you’re quoted a lower price for your holiday within 24 hours of booking, we’ll refund you the difference. It’s our way of keeping things easy, relaxed and reassuring.. 

How does it work?

Just email the lower quote (with the date and time clearly shown on your device’s screen) to Price.Promise@pocruises.com within 24 hours of booking. If it all checks out, we’ll adjust your holiday balance and update your booking confirmation. Limited availability

Here’s what your quote needs to include

- Ship, cruise number and departure date

- Price type (Select Price or Early Saver)

- Date and time, clearly showing it’s within 24 hours of your original booking

- Cabin grade (e.g., PF)

- Number of guests

* For fly-cruises, we'll also need the departure airport, the airline and cabin class.

A few things to keep in mind…

  • Price Promise applies to holidays booked directly with P&O Cruises
  • The cheaper quote must come from a UK travel agent with a valid ABTA number
  • The price must be in GBP
  • We can’t apply Price Promise to bookings with added hotel stays or land tours, on-board booking benefits, Tesco redemptions or affiliate discounts
  • Once a claim is accepted, you can’t submit another quote for the same booking
