Your holiday dining options

Club Dining

With Club Dining you'll enjoy the special ambience and sociable atmosphere of the main restaurant, as well as a five-course menu (six-course on Gala Nights). This style of dining is a wonderful way to share your holiday experiences and meet new friends.


By choosing Club Dining you’re opting for the cruising tradition of set sitting times. The same table will be reserved for you and your table companions every night for first or second sitting, at 6.30pm or 8.30pm. Club Dining is included in the price of your holiday. You simply need to request your sitting preference when you book and we’ll inform you of your table number, sitting and restaurant with a card in your cabin when we welcome you on board.

Fine dining with Marco Pierre White

With an illustrious career behind him, Marco continues to remain at the forefront of the culinary world. At 24, Marco became Head Chef and joint owner of Harveys and by 33, he had become the youngest chef to be awarded three Michelin stars. However, in 1999 he famously handed back all three to spend time with Mother Nature, something he had wanted to do since his childhood, only returning to the culinary scene seven years later. Marco brings his expertise to the gala night menus in our main restaurants, Café Jardin on board Oceana, and the Ocean Grill on board Arcadia.


Atul Kochhar's Sindhu restaurant

Few people embody the spirit of modern British cuisine better than Atul Kochhar. Born in Jamshedpur, eastern India, Atul's reputation brought him to London in 1994, where at 31 he became the first Indian chef to be awarded the coveted Michelin star. And now Atul has brought his highly sought-after talent and years of experience to Sindhu, a fine dining restaurant where guests can expect modern Indian cuisine with a British twist.


Don't forget the wine: Olly Smith

Writer/TV presenter extraordinaire and specialist sommelier, Olly Smith adds a flamboyant twist to our culinary tale. On board Aurora, Azura, Britannia and Ventura, his inimitable and irreverent style coupled with his skills are exhibited in the unique wine bar and restaurant, The Glass House. Here, Olly develops the wine list and wine-tasting experiences, matching specially selected wines to each course.


Eric Lanlard's delicious patisserie

Master Pâtissier, Eric Lanlard has long wowed the culinary world with his passion for baking. And now he’s bringing his expertise to the Market Café and our new ship, Britannia’s, afternoon tea experience! Is it foodie heaven or a foodie haven? Both! With French-style pâtisserie by Eric Lanlard plus fine cheeses, antipasto, charcuterie, tapas and speciality breads, temptation shouldn’t be resisted.


The Cookery Club on Britannia with James Martin

Charismatic Yorkshire-born chef and TV presenter James Martin is the face of The Cookery Club on Britannia – a 12-station cookery school complete with chef’s demonstration table.
Sign up for a two-hour class for a chance to learn from our talented Cookery Club team. James and our other Food Heroes will also be delivering classes on selected cruises. Whether you’re a whizz in the kitchen or need a helping hand, you’ll find a class to suit.
