<h2>How to link cabins</h2><h3>Book together from the start</h3><p>If you're planning your cruise with friends or family, simply book multiple cabins under one reservation from the very beginning. Our online booking system allows for a maximum of three cabins to be linked automatically for your convenience.</p><p><b>Please note</b> that only guests on the Select Price who choose their cabin location will be able to select cabins near to each other.</p><h3>Get in touch to link existing bookings</h3><p>If you've already made separate bookings and would like to link them, that’s no problem.</p><p><b>Sailing in 2026?<br> </b>If you booked holiday directly with us, just message us using&nbsp;<a title="P&amp;O Cruises live chat" href="/contact-us/live-chat">live chat</a> (the easiest way to link bookings) or call us and we’ll link your bookings for you.&nbsp;</p><p><b>Not sailing until 2027 or later?<br> </b>You'll be able to link your bookings online in My P&amp;O Cruises later this year, so there’s no need to contact us.</p><p><b>Booked through a travel agent?&nbsp;</b><br>If you booked through a travel agent, you should contact them to link or unlink a booking with yours.</p>

<h2>What information will I need to provide, and how does it work?</h2><p>If you need to get in touch with our Customer Contact Centre or our social media team to link multiple cabins, there are a few pieces of information you’ll need to provide to the advisor. Preparing this before your conversation will ensure a quick and easy process.</p><p>If you booked through a travel agent, you'll need to get in touch with them directly instead, providing the agent with the information so they can follow the same process.</p>


<p>Having your booking confirmation handy will help streamline this process.</p>


<h3>You’ll need:</h3><ul><li>Your booking reference&nbsp;</li><li>Your booking details, such as which ship you’re sailing on and the date of travel</li></ul><h3>Setting up your linking code:</h3><p>You'll first answer a few security questions about your booking to confirm it's you.</p><p>Our advisors will then provide you with:</p><ul><li>a <b>3-character linking code<br> &nbsp;</b></li></ul><p>If you booked through a travel agent, contact them, and they'll provide you with your linking code.</p><h3>Sharing your linking information:</h3><p>You’ll need to pass on <b>your booking reference</b> and <b>your&nbsp;linking code </b>to the lead guest who made the booking that you wish to be linked with.</p><h3>Linking the bookings:</h3><p>The lead guest of the booking you wish to be linked with will then also need to contact our <a href="/contact-us">Customer Contact Centre</a>&nbsp;via live chat or phone (or direct message the social media team), complete the security clearance and <b>quote your&nbsp;3-character linking code</b>.</p><p>Once we have these details, we can then proceed to link your bookings together.&nbsp;</p><p><b>Please note:</b>&nbsp;while we'll do all we can, we can’t guarantee that linked bookings will be allocated the same dining choice and/or time, or that cabins are near each other. Bookings made under the P&amp;O Cruises Select Price will be given priority when tables are allocated.</p>

<h2>The benefits of linking cabins</h2><p>Linking your cabins offers advantages where you and your family, loved ones and friends wish to dine together.<br><br>While seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed, linking cabins increases the likelihood that your group will be seated together in the main dining rooms.<br><b style="font-size: 0.8125rem;"><br></b>Please note that this is not necessary for guests travelling on board Iona or Arvia.<br><br>Linked bookings do not necessarily mean you’ll have the same embarkation times as the rest of your party, and we request that you arrive at the terminal at the time on your boarding pass. If you’re travelling to the terminal together, we kindly ask that you arrive at the latest time on your party’s boarding passes. For example, if your party has two separate times of 1pm and 2pm, please arrive to embark at 2pm.</p>
