How do I link multiple cabin bookings?

<p>If the details match, you’ll see a confirmation message, and the booking will appear under your ‘linked bookings’ list within 24 hours, with some of the digits redacted for security and privacy. We’ll also email the other guest to let them know that your bookings have been linked.</p>
<p>There's no limit to the number of bookings you can link - to link to another friend or family member on your cruise, simply submit their booking reference and last name into the form, repeating the process above.</p>
<p><b>Important:&nbsp;</b>You can link bookings in My P&amp;O Cruises <b>up until four days before your cruise departs. </b>If you need to link a booking after this, please speak to reception or a restaurant manager on board.</p>


Multiple cabins in one booking

<h2>Booked your cabins together? You’re already linked&nbsp;</h2>
<p>Our online booking system lets you book up to three cabins on one booking. Cabins booked together share the same booking reference, so you won’t need to link them.</p>

<h3>Booked as a surprise?</h3>
<p>If a holiday booking has been flagged with us as a surprise, friends and family should not attempt to link to the surprise booking using our online form. Instead, the lead guest on the surprise booking should fill out the online form to link their booking to everyone else’s in the travelling group.&nbsp;</p>


<p>Priority for your chosen Club Dining seating times and table size preferences is given to guests who book the P&amp;O Cruises Select Price, so we recommend everyone in your group selects this fare type when booking their holiday.</p>


<h3><b>Linking your bookings if you booked with a travel agent</b></h3>
<p>If you booked with a travel agent, you won’t be able to link your bookings in My P&amp;O Cruises and you won’t be able to see a record of any bookings you’re linked to. Instead, you'll need to contact your travel agent to link or unlink a booking to yours.</p>
<p><b>Please note:</b> Your travel agent can only link your bookings <b>up until four days before your holida</b>y. If you are within four days of sailing, you will need to ask our on-board reception team or your restaurant manager to link your bookings.&nbsp;</p>

<h2>The benefits of linking cabin bookings</h2>
<p>If you've selected our Club Dining* option, linking your bookings allows you to request a table in your main dining room with friends or family who are sailing on the same cruise as you but under a different booking reference.</p>
<p>To request to dine together at the same table and time each evening, the lead guest on each booking reference in your group should choose our Club Dining option and select the same preferences for dining seating time (First Seating or Second Seating) and table size (e.g., a table for 6). You can adjust your Club Dining seating time and table size preferences in <a title="Select Club Dining seating and table size preferences on My P&amp;O Cruises" aria-label="Select Club Dining seating and table size preferences on My P&amp;O Cruises" href="https://www.pocruises.com/my-pocruises">My P&amp;O Cruises</a> before you sail.&nbsp;</p>
<p>If everyone in your group has the same preferred seating and table size, linking your bookings tells us you're sailing as a group and wish to dine together. While we cannot guarantee you’ll be seated at the same table, it increases the likelihood that your group will be seated together or at nearby tables.</p>
<p><i>*Please note Club Dining is not available on Iona and Arvia. These ships offer Freedom Dining, where your group can arrive at a restaurant without booking (you may need to wait at busy times) or join a virtual queue for a table.</i></p>

<p>All bookings linked to your booking will be listed on this page, with the booking references partially redacted.</p>

How to link separate cabin bookings

<h3><b>Linking bookings if you booked directly with P&amp;O Cruises</b></h3>
<p>If you booked your holiday on our website or with our Customer Contact Centre, and you are the lead guest, you can link to other bookings on the same cruise using the online form in <a aria-label="Log in to My P&amp;O Cruises" title="Log in to My P&amp;O Cruises" href="https://www.pocruises.com/login/manage-booking">My P&amp;O Cruises</a>.</p>
<p>You’ll just need two pieces of information:</p>
<ul>
<li>The cruise booking reference of the booking you’d like to link to.</li>
<li>The last name of the<b> lead guest</b> on the booking you’d like to link to.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p>When you’re ready with this info:</p>
<ol>
<li>Log in to My P&amp;O Cruises with your booking reference, name and date of birth.</li>
<li>In the main navigation, click on ‘Manage my booking’.</li>
<li>Select <b>‘<a title="Log in to My P&amp;O Cruises to link bookings online" aria-label="Log in to My P&amp;O Cruises to link bookings online" href="https://www.pocruises.com/my-pocruises/link-bookings">Link bookings</a></b>’ in the dropdown.</li>
<li>Scroll down to the ‘Link your booking’ form (located under your linking information).</li>
<li>Enter your friend or family member's booking reference and the last name of the lead guest on that booking.</li>
<li>Click ‘Link booking’.</li>

<p>If you booked your holiday directly with P&amp;O Cruises, you can link to friends or family booked on the same cruise by logging in to My P&amp;O Cruises and using the <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.pocruises.com/my-pocruises/link-bookings" aria-label="Log in to My P&amp;O Cruises to link bookings" title="Log in to My P&amp;O Cruises to link bookings" target="_blank">link bookings form</a>. You’ll just need their booking reference and the last name of the lead guest on that booking. Once linked, we'll aim to seat you at the same table in your main dining room on board. Read on for more information and a step-by-step guide to linking your bookings.</p>


<p><b>Please note: </b>If you booked through a travel agent, you’ll need to speak with your agent to link bookings.</p>


<p>If you book a Select Price holiday, you’ll be able to choose your exact cabin location, allowing you to book cabins near or next to family and friends (subject to availability).&nbsp;</p>


<p>If you're sailing in a large group, we recommend that the lead guest on one booking links to all the other bookings in the group, entering the booking reference and last name of the lead guest for each booking.&nbsp;This will link all the bookings in the group together.</p>


<h3>Does linking our bookings mean that we’ll have the same embarkation time?</h3>
<p>Linking bookings does not mean you’ll have the same embarkation time as the rest of your group. We ask that you arrive at the terminal at the time stated on your own boarding pass.&nbsp;</p>
<p>If you’re travelling to the terminal together, please arrive at the latest time on your group’s boarding passes. For example, if your group has embarkation times of 1pm and 2pm, please arrive ready to board at 2pm.</p>
