Flight times are subject to change, and P&amp;O Cruises will notify guests if airlines make any changes.</p>

Flight confirmations

<h2>Flight confirmations</h2><p>When guests make a P&amp;O Cruises fly-cruise booking (as long as the flight details have been confirmed), a flight confirmation will be emailed.</p><p>If your flights have not yet been confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation as soon as they are confirmed.</p><p>If you make any changes to your flights, such as upgrading or changing the departure date, a new confirmation will be requested. You’ll receive this via email within approximately 24 hours. At this stage, the information will also be available via <a href="https://my.pocruises.com/mycruise/login">My P&amp;O Cruises</a><a href="/my-pocruises">.</a></p>


Flight boarding pass / ticket

<h2>Flight boarding pass / ticket</h2><p>Depending on whether you’re on a <a title="Flight types article" href="/help-hub/centre/flights/flight-types">chartered, group allocation or scheduled flight</a> will determine how you’ll receive your flight boarding pass (ticket).</p><p>As a guide, for most chartered flights you’ll get your boarding pass (ticket) at the airport when you check in with your cruise paperwork and passport with your airline.</p><p>If you’re flying on a scheduled flight from a UK airport, airlines will usually require you to download your boarding pass prior to travel via their website.&nbsp;</p><p>If you're travelling with TUI or Enter Air, you do not need a boarding pass. Check in is completed at the airport.</p><p>For up to date information on your flight please check your airline’s website or your flight confirmation email for more information.&nbsp;</p>

<h2>Airport check-in</h2><p>Checking in for your flight varies, depending on your <a title="Flight types article" href="/help-hub/centre/flights/flight-types">flight type.</a> Please check your flight confirmation email for your flight details.&nbsp;</p><h3><span style="font-weight: normal;">Charter flights</span></h3><p>For charter flights, guests must check in at the airport on the day of departure.</p><p>In the UK, check-in opens approximately three hours prior to flight departure and closes approximately one hour before departure.&nbsp;Please note, even if you have pre-booked your seats using Flight Seat Booker, you are still required to check in at the airport.</p><h3><span style="font-weight: normal;">Scheduled or group allocation flights</span></h3><p>For scheduled and group allocation flights, you may be able to check in online at the airline's website, depending on the airline.</p><p>For instance, Jet2 group allocation flights can check in online, but BA group allocations must check in at the airport. </p><p>For up-to-date information on your flight and check-in details, please check your flight confirmation email or log in to&nbsp;<a title="Manage your cruise booking" href="/my-pocruises">My P&amp;O Cruises</a> and select &quot;My Flights&quot;.</p><h3>More information</h3><p>Click here for more details about <a href="/help-hub/centre/flights/flight-check-in">flight check-in.</a></p>
