We’re working with leading chefs to bring incredible food experiences to your holiday. Our chefs are passionate about their nation’s cuisine, using local ingredients to bring authentic flavours to Iona.

Norwegian chef and restaurateur Kjartan is a purveyor of local, seasonal produce.

Chef patron and author José owns three acclaimed Spanish restaurants across London.

The Glass House

The Glass House is dedicated to Olly Smith’s love of fine wine and great food. This premium bar has an impressive wine list curated by Olly and offers a sophisticated environment in which to enjoy breakfast, a light lunch, a leisurely glass or an evening meal with family or newfound friends. Wine connoisseurs are also well taken care of at Cellar Door at The Glass House where you’ll find talks, tastings and wine-pairing dinners.

On Iona’s summer holidays to the Norwegian Fjords and winter breaks to Spain, Portugal and the Canary Islands, you can taste a street food style dish from the region. Our Local Food Heroes have created exclusive dishes for you to enjoy the flavours of your holiday on board.

The Epicurean

Get straight to the heart of fine dining. On Iona’s holidays to Norway, the flavours of the Fjords will spring to life in the Epicurean with a six-course taster menu created by Local Food Hero and award-winning chef, Kjartan Skjelde. With menus focused on seasonal, local produce, you can experience Nordic fine dining on board.
