How do I book on-board activities on My P&O Cruises?

We offer a dazzling array of experiences to transform your cruise into the holiday of a lifetime. From exhilarating shore excursions to indulgent spa treatments, exquisite speciality dining to refreshing drinks packages, we have something to tantalise every taste.

My P&O Cruises

To log in to My P&O Cruises, head over to the Manage my booking page, and click the ‘My P&O Cruises’ tile. Use your booking reference*, name and date of birth to access your account. From there you can see what we have to offer and start customising your holiday with ease. 

*You’ll find your booking reference number in your booking confirmation email.

Please note: My P&O Cruises is only available to guests who have a pre-existing booking and is available up until the day you sail. Other members of your party can also log in to My P&O Cruises by using the booking reference number and their own personal details. 

Shore Experiences:

Discover hidden gems, embark on thrilling adventures, or delve into fascinating cultures with our curated selection of shore experiences.

1. Finding Your Perfect Adventure: Once you've logged into My P&O Cruises, you'll find a dedicated area for "Shore Experiences". 

2. Here you can view our most popular shore experiences or click ‘Discover more’ to see all available experiences.

3. Browse by port of call or filter by category to find shore experiences that pique your interest.

4. Booking your excursion: Click ‘details’ on the desired experience to find detailed information, including descriptions, durations, and prices. Select ‘Book Now’ when you’ve made your decision.

5. Customising your booking: Select your preferred date and time, select all guests you’d like to book, then simply click "Book Now" to add the booking to your basket. Please note: Due to the time spent in port, some shore excursions will only be offered on specific dates or times. 

6. Check out: Once added to your basket, you can click ‘Checkout’, add in your payment details and click ‘Continue’ to finalise your booking. 

7. Confirmation: You’ll receive a booking confirmation email shortly after finalising your payment.

Speciality Dining:

Take your taste buds on a global adventure with our speciality restaurants. From succulent steaks at The Beach House to authentic Asian cuisine at Sindhu, there's something to tantalise every palate.

 

1. Making a booking: Once you've logged into My P&O Cruises, you'll find a dedicated area for "Dining”.

2. Browse our restaurants: You can browse our exquisite restaurants* or filter the search results by date, party size and time of booking.

Click ‘details’ to find out more. Here you can also view a sample menu.

3. Customising your booking: Select ‘Book now’ on your desired restaurant then select the number of guests, whether you require a wheelchair seat and the date you’d like to dine and your preferred time. Click "Book Now" once you’ve made your selections to add to your basket. To see how to book for parties larger than 6, view our article ‘How to make a group dining booking’.

4. Check out: Once added to your basket, you can click ‘Checkout’, add in your payment details and click ‘Continue’ to finalise your booking.

5. Confirmation: You’ll receive a booking confirmation email shortly after finalising your payment.

Please note: Some speciality dining will require you to inform the venue of any dietary requirements once on board. E.g Afternoon Tea at The Epicurean. 

*If a speciality dining option says ‘Please enquire on board’ this means you’ll need to enquire about booking once on board by asking one of our on board team members or using the My Holiday portal to book from your phone.

Drinks Packages:

Enhance your cruise with a convenient drinks package. Choose from a variety of options, including classic cocktails and refreshing soft drinks, to suit your preferences and budget.

1. Finding the Perfect Package: Once logged in to My P&O Cruises, locate the "Drinks" section. To view the drinks packages bookable on My P&O Cruises, click ‘View drinks packages’. Here, you'll find detailed descriptions and pricing information for all available packages.

2. Booking the package for you: Simply select the package that best suits you by clicking ‘Book Now’ under your chosen package. Select the package for the chosen guest and click "Book Now".

Please note: Each adult sharing a cabin must purchase the same drinks package individually. A Refresh drinks package is included for children 17 and under travelling in the same cabin as adults purchasing a Classic or Deluxe drinks package.

3. Check out: Once added to your basket, you can click ‘Checkout’, add in which package each guest would like and click 'book now'.

4. Add in your payment details and click ‘Continue’ to finalise your booking.

5. Confirmation: You’ll receive a booking confirmation email shortly after finalising your payment.

Please note: Our drinks packages prices are based on a daily rate. When checking out, this will be multiplied by the number of nights of your holiday. Our drinks packages are only available on cruises of 5 nights or longer.

Spa Treatments:

Unwind and rejuvenate at the luxurious Oasis Spa. From soothing massages to revitalising facials, our expert therapists offer a range of pampering treatments to melt away your worries.

1. Browse our pampering sessions: Once logged in to My P&O Cruises, navigate to the "Spa" section. Here, you can browse the spa menu and choose the perfect treatment to indulge yourself in.

2. Booking a treatment: select a spa category by clicking ‘details’, and then choose your desired treatment by clicking ‘Add to basket’’. Then select the guest you want to book in, treatment duration*, date and preferred time. Then add your treatment to the basket by clicking ‘Add to basket’. 

3. Check out: Once added to your basket, you can click ‘Checkout’, add in your payment details and click ‘Continue’ to finalise your booking.

4. Confirmation: You’ll receive a booking confirmation email shortly after finalising your payment.

 

During off peak or quieter hours, the price may be slightly cheaper. This will be shown via the ‘best price’ icon.

*Some spa treatments only have one option of treatment duration.

Entertainment:

From dazzling West End productions to electrifying live music and captivating shows, get ready to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Important information: Booking for entertainment on My P&O Cruises is only available if travelling on our excel class ships (Iona and Arvia) for the Headliners theatre and Limelight Club, with the exception of Limelight Club events on board Britannia. Other venues such as 710 Club, Mission Control and Skywalk are only bookable once on board via My Holiday or by visiting the reception or venue.

All other ships will be based on a first come first served basis for entertainment venues, just arrive at the venue on the day and our friendly crew will do their best to seat you.

1. Once logged into My P&O Cruises, navigate to the ‘Entertainment’ section. Select the ‘Book Now’ button to see which events are available during your holiday.

2. Select the event you’d like to book by clicking the tile. 

3. Select the guests you’d like to book as well as the date and time you’d like to attend then click ‘Add to basket’. You’ll see here whether the event is included in your holiday, or if an additional charge incurs.

Please note: some events will only have one available date/time depending on the showings.

4. Go to your basket and select ‘Checkout’ to finalise your booking.

5. Confirmation: You’ll receive a booking confirmation email shortly after finalising your payment.
