How can I fix a problem with my Peninsular Club account?
This guide will help you troubleshoot and find an answer if you have a problem with your Peninsular Club account.

My Peninsular Club information is wrong. What can I do?
If you’ve logged into My P&O Cruises to check your Peninsular Club status and noticed that you’re not in the correct tier please get in touch.
I've logged in to view my past cruises but some are missing?
We calculate loyalty points and cruise history based on the My Account Number you use to book your holiday, so first check that you have added your My Account number in the My Details section of your account when logged in. If you don't know what this is, please refer to any email communications you've received from us.
It’s best to always use the same My Account Number when you book with us to keep all your loyalty points and cruise history today. If you’ve cruised with us several times using different My Account Numbers, you’ll have multiple separate accounts showing the loyalty points and cruise history for each holiday.
If some of your past crusies are missing when logged in to your My Account, you can use the 'Add a booking' function to search for a past cruise via the cruise booking reference, which can be found on your booking confirmation which would have been emailed to you at the time you booked. This should then bring up your past cruises.

I haven’t received the Peninsular Club magazine
To receive the magazine, you need to qualify for at least the Pacific tier. There’s more detail in our article ‘What do I need to know about Peninsular Club reward tiers?’
If you believe you qualify for at least the Pacific tier but still haven’t received the Peninsular Club magazine, you can check your preferences in My Account or contact us.
Please note: communication preferences for the Peninsular Club are separate from the preferences for other P&O Cruises communications.
I haven’t received my annual Peninsular Club gift
To receive the annual gift, you need to qualify for at least the Caribbean tier. There’s more detail in our article ‘What do I need to know about Peninsular Club reward tiers?’
If you believe you qualify for at least the Caribbean tier but still haven’t received your gift, you can check your preferences in My Account or contact us.

How to check your loyalty communication preferences
Step one: Log in to My Account
Step two: Go to ‘My Preferences’
Step three: Check your status
Once you’re in ‘My preferences’, you'll see three boxes:
- to receive general communication regarding the latest P&O Cruises news, offers and competitions, and specific the form of communication (email, post or phone)
- to receive loyalty communications
- if you've already booked, to receive communications about offers, products and services available to book before you sail or once on board
If you still don’t receive the Peninsular Club benefits you're expecting as part of your loyalty tier, or you’ve just updated your preferences and wish to order a copy of the most recent issue of the Penninsular Club magazine, please contact us.
