For José Pizarro, cooking is all about provenance, passion and people – choosing quality ingredients, cooking them well and sharing them joyfully. The Spanish-born chef has written six cookbooks and has venues across the UK and abroad.
He’s credited with bringing tapas culture to London in the 2000s; now, he brings the flavours of Spain and the Mediterranean to life on board and, in turn, brings people together over mouthwatering plates of food.
