<h2>Can I cancel my booking free of charge if I am pregnant? 
</h2>
Yes, providing you were not aware that you were pregnant prior to booking and that you will be entering your 24th week (or more) by the final date of your cruise. This would only apply to guests booked under the pregnant guest’s booking reference and does not apply to any linked bookings or other parties who may be travelling with you.
You will be required to supply written confirmation from your doctor or midwife of your estimated due date. This must be supplied on practice-headed paper with a practice stamp.
This should be sent to our medical team, who will place a note on the booking. If you made your booking through a travel agent, please contact them after sending the above to the following address.&nbsp;&nbsp;

For the safety and wellbeing of both mother and baby, guests may only travel if they will not have entered their 24th week of pregnancy at any time during the cruise (that is more than 23 weeks + 1 day).
We strongly recommend that you consult with your midwife, obstetrician, or general practitioner (GP) before making a booking and again prior to sailing to ensure that travel is appropriate and safe for your individual circumstances.
If you and your baby are in good health, you are not aware of any reason you should not travel, and you are fit to travel, you should also ensure that you have valid travel insurance that provides coverage for pregnancy-related conditions and any associated medical care.

To support your safe travel, you should bring and have readily available your most recent medical or maternity documentation, including:

<li>Your estimated date of delivery (EDD)
</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">Results of any ultrasound examinations performed
</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">Any relevant medical or maternity reports
</li>
</ul>
These documents may be requested to confirm your eligibility to travel. There is no requirement to submit documentation to us prior to travel.
